Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Appointments are strongly preferred — we run a tight schedule and want to give your car proper attention. For genuine emergencies (won’t start, brake failure), call us directly and we’ll get you in same-day if at all possible.
Will you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
OEM-grade is our default for everything from filters to electronics. We’ll quote aftermarket if you ask, but we’ll never silently substitute. Each part comes with its manufacturer warranty in addition to our labor warranty.
What does the 12-month / 24,000-mile warranty cover?
All labor we perform and most parts we install. If anything we touched fails within the warranty window, you bring it back and we fix it free. Wear items (brakes, tires) are excluded by industry convention.
Do you service electric vehicles and hybrids?
Yes — including Tesla Model S, 3, X, Y, Rivian R1T/R1S, and most hybrid drivetrains from Toyota, Honda, Ford, and Hyundai. Two of our techs are EV-certified.
How long does diagnostic work usually take?
Most check-engine and electrical diagnostics are completed same-day. Intermittent issues sometimes require a multi-day road test, and we’ll provide a courtesy car for those.
Can I drop my car off after hours?
Yes — we have a 24-hour secure key drop at the side entrance. Just fill out the envelope with your contact info and a brief description, and we’ll call you in the morning.
